Western Queensland PHN is charting a new course to transform integrated primary health services. We are Paving our Way to better health, with a goal to guide our journey towards creating a better future for people in Western Queensland.

This year, we’re calling for entries which reflect our journey toward better health, the roads we travel to make this happen, and the people we meet along the way who give us the drive and enthusiasm to help the West get healthier.

We had some great entries last year which showcased our Western Queensland patch.
